Returns + Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Item has a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong item or wrong size (different than what you ordered)
If any of these apply, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hannahleighkdesigns@gmail.com with the following information:

A clear photo of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or wrong item)

A brief description of the problem
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Wrong size ordered (please review the size chart carefully before ordering)

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Delayed shipping due to carrier or customs

General dissatisfaction not due to an error or defect
Refunds
If your item qualifies for a return or refund:

We will inspect your claim and notify you of approval.

If approved, we will either issue a replacement at no cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
If a return is necessary and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back without authorization.
