Introduction

Hey, fam! I hope you're feeling fantastic! I wanted to take a moment to chat with you about something I know many of you will love: stress-free home styling.

If you’re a busy mom or dad juggling soccer games, dance practice, homework, and everything else life throws your way, I get it—you barely have time to breathe, let alone redesign your home. But here’s the thing: creating a beautiful, cozy space for your family doesn’t have to be stressful. I promise! Today, I’m going to show you exactly how to make it happen.

Let’s jump right in!

Step 1: Start with a Plan

First things first: you need a plan. I know, I know, it’s not the most exciting part of designing your home, but trust me—it’s the most important part. Starting a project without a plan is like heading out on a road trip with no map (or GPS). You’ll probably end up frustrated, lost, and wondering why you even started.

Here’s how to plan like a pro:

  1. Get inspired. Hit up Pinterest, Instagram, or even magazines for ideas. Focus on the styles, colors, and layouts you love.

  2. Make a mood board. Gather images of furniture, décor, and color schemes you’re drawn to and put them all in one place. This will keep you focused and help you visualize your space.

  3. Set a budget. Decide what you want to spend and prioritize the pieces that matter most—whether it’s the perfect statement rug or that dreamy accent chair.

A solid plan helps you stay organized and keeps the whole process from feeling overwhelming.

Step 2: Take It Step by Step

Once your plan is in place, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get to work—but don’t feel like you have to do it all at once. Here’s my golden rule: start with the big pieces and finish with the little details.

Why? Because the big items—like furniture, wall colors, or lighting—set the stage for everything else. Once those are in place, it’s so much easier to add in the pillows, vases, and other pretty touches that bring it all together.

For example, if you’re redoing your dining room and want to add wall paneling (love this look, by the way!), start there. Then move on to the table, chairs, and light fixture. Once those are set, layer in your centerpiece, artwork, and maybe a cozy rug. Taking it one step at a time keeps the process smooth and totally manageable.

Step 3: Don’t Be Afraid to Call for Backup

Let’s be real—sometimes life is just too hectic to tackle a project on your own, and that’s okay! When you’re running on empty, bringing in a professional can make all the difference.

That’s where I come in! I’ve created three stress-free ways to help you create a home you love:

  1. Mood Board Service: For all the DIY moms who just need a little guidance, this service is perfect. I’ll create a custom mood board tailored to your style, giving you a clear roadmap to design your space with confidence.

  2. Furnishing + Styling: If you’d rather someone else handle the details, this one’s for you. I’ll help you select the perfect furniture and décor to bring your vision to life—whether you’re refreshing one room or furnishing your entire home.

  3. Renovation + Construction: Ready to go big? With this service, I take care of everything—from structural updates to the final touches. And if you want to add furnishing + styling to complete the look, you’ll even get a special discounted rate!
